PUBG Mobile Global Championship Season 1 (PMGC 2021 S1) will be played from 30th of November, 2021 between 40 teams divided into two divisions: East and West. This is the biggest PUBG Mobile Tournament with a prize pool of 6 million USD. The tournament will be played in three stages: League Stages (East and West), League Finals and Grand Finals.
Introduction:
PMGC is the biggest PUBG Mobile Tournament that happens every year in November and ends in January of the next year. It started from 2020 when the season zero of this event was played amongst 24 teams from across the world. This year, the slot has been further increased to 40 teams. Additionally, the participating teams have been further divided into two major divisions: East and West.
Tournament Format:
Each divisions will play the league stage and and league finals individually without meeting each other in any competitive matches. Finally, top 9 teams from PMGC 2021 East, top 6 teams from PMGC 2021 West and one specially invited teams will compete against one another in the Grand Finals.
The League Stage will be played by following the League Days and Super Weekends format.
PMGC 2021 S1: Points Distribution Table System
The standard PUBG Mobile Points Distribution System will be adopted during the league stages and finals of PMGC 2021 Season Zero. Teams obtain one point for each kill and the placement points shall be distributed as follows:

PMGC 2020: Overview
PMGC 2021 is not the first season of this global championship event happening every year. It happened past year, too. The tournament was named – PUBG Mobile Global Championship Season Zero because of the inability of the organizers to conduct the event offline amongst the mass. This was due to the widespread coronavirus pandemic.
Results: NOVA Esports, from China, had won the previous year’s PMGC 2020 Season Zero Grand Finals and Team Four Angry Men were the winners of the Group Stage.
