James Yang, director of PUBG Mobile Global Esports, announced that the PMGC 2021 pirzepoool will be USD 6 Million and the tournament will be played from November 2021 to January 2021, in group stages and league finals.
On the final day of PUBG Mobile World League East 2021, the director of PUBG Mobile Global Esports made a public announcement for the most-awaited tournament of PUBG Mobile in the year 2021 – the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 and said that it would start from November 2021 and end on January 2021.

What is PMGC?
PMGC stands for PUBG Mobile Global Championship and is the S-tier tournament of PUBG Mobile Esports featuring teams from across the world including China region. This is the only tournament, besides PEC, where teams from nations all over the globe compete in any official PUBGM tournament.
It also features the highest prize pool out of all other tournaments. Similarly, this is the longest running invitational tournament happening in a year.
PMGC 2021 Prizepool
PMGC 2021 Prizepool is set to be USD 6 Million ($ 6,000,000 in total). In the announcement, James Yang said that this prize money is even greater than the total combined of previous year.
Details of PMGC 2021
- PMGC 2021 will be an invitational tournament featuring teams from the entire globe (the East, the West, and China).
- PMGC 2021 will be divided into two halves: PMGC League and PMGC Finals.
- League Stage will be played from November to December in 2021 and the finals will be played in January 2022.
- This tournament will feature 6 Million USD as its prize-pool, which is the highest among mobile tournaments.
- Teams from PMPL Fall Split 2021 will qualify on the basis of total points accumulated during the league stage and finals, combined.
- Top teams from PMPL Regional Championships (like PMPL EMEA, PMPL SA Championship, etc) will receive an invitational spot in this grand tournament.
