Clash Royale announced that cards can be upgraded beyond level 13 to level 14 via its twitter handle. It will be made available soon with a future update.
Clash Roylae tweets, “LEVEL 14 is COMING. Upgrade your cards with Slash Royale and collect those experience points! More to be revealed soon..”

SLASH Royale and Level 14
Clash Royale had already given some hint about the upcoming level 14 update when it launched SLASH ROYALE – a massive event running from the 18th of October to the 26st of October for 9 days.
Players can loot upto 200 thousands golds from Versus battle in the Arena during the event. Additionally, they receive 5000 golds each day for free in the Shop. Also, there are many more tournaments, and purchase discounts in the shops to help players gain maximum resources (gold) as possible.
What’s even more intersting? The upgrade cost of the cards to a new level and upgrade XP for maxed cards has been reduced by 50% which means they would cost half the original price during the event.

So, what does Clash Royale want to do with this awesome event? Well, it is to prepare the players for this upcoming update. This will ensure players who desparately want to upgrade their cards to higher level and even max them out can do it easily.

But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
